Future Goals

Looking ahead, my future plans are focused on becoming a paramedic and continuing to build both my education and hands-on experience in emergency medical services. I plan to complete the required certifications and training programs while applying what I learned during my internship at IU Health Lifeline to better prepare myself for real-world situations. This experience helped confirm my interest in EMS and showed me the importance of strong clinical skills, teamwork, communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

In the long term, I hope to work in a fast-paced EMS environment where I can respond to emergency situations and directly impact patient care in meaningful ways. I also want to continue learning throughout my career by gaining more advanced certifications and experience that will allow me to grow professionally. Ultimately, my goal is to become a confident, skilled paramedic who contributes positively to both patient outcomes and the overall success of the healthcare team I am part of.
